If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note that if you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, we may not be able to accept your return request.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used or returned for any reason other than the customer's own, such as differences in color or image from that of the monitor.
The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.
